One story, every day, in every classroom we reach. A Story a Day brings a read-aloud story to the heart of a child’s school day, a moment they simply enjoy and look forward to. A teacher reads aloud, children gather around and listen, and over a school year, this daily habit quietly builds the vocabulary, understanding and confidence that carries into everything else they learn.
Readers/Volunteers pick a simple English story from their own collection or from our curated Story Bank.
Use a phone/tablet to record.
Upload via the form using Submit Your Request button below.
We edit and publish the stories across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp groups to reach children everywhere.
Tell us how you would like to work with A Story a Day and we will get back to you with the programme outline, costs and reporting schedule.
A few of the videos we have made earlier, filmed in the classrooms and communities where ASAD runs.
A daily read-aloud session, from the first page to the last.
Students and teachers on what the daily story changed.
What a full school year of strories looks like.
